Refund Policy

You may return an item for any reason up to 10 business days from the date of purchase.

 

After 10 business days you may only return an item due to our manufacturer's.  Refunds for the full purchase price will be issued by us after the product, and all original packaging and contents, is returned and inspected by us.

 

Shipping costs to and from your location will not be refunded. You may not return a customized item for any reason other than manufacturer's defect. Please contact us via email at info@AllAmericanAxe.com before sending back a return.
